Clean cutting. Dry and wet.
The CTS 800/830 AMPHIBIA® combines dry and wet cutting in a powerful premium masonry saw. Concrete, natural stone or other mineral materials: innovative AMPHIBIA® technology lets you switch quickly between the two cutting methods without tools and adapt the machine perfectly to the material and working conditions.
The carefully designed filtration system creates a closed dust circuit during dry cutting. A cyclone filter pre-separates a large proportion of the dust produced, while the powerful extraction system remains effective even during deep full-depth cuts. The dust bag can be replaced in seconds thanks to its magnetic attachment. This keeps the machine clean, and dry-cut material leaves no slurry marks on surfaces that have already been laid.
For wet cutting, the CTS 800/830 AMPHIBIA® has a switchable water pump. The innovative interchangeable channel and magnetically attached components allow easy, tool-free conversion. The supplied SHOXX UX13 AMPHIBIA® diamond blade is designed for both cutting methods and noticeably reduces cutting noise thanks to its SILENCIO core.
The special ball-bearing-mounted roller table ensures controlled, precise material guidance. Integrated table extensions that pull out on both sides provide additional support for larger workpieces. Large transport wheels make manoeuvring easier and make this robust machine a reliable companion for professional use on site.
The CTS 800 achieves a cutting depth of up to 110 mm in wet cutting. The CTS 830 is equipped with a special high-torque 4-pole motor and allows cutting depths of up to 145 mm. Designed for professionals who expect clean working, high cutting capacity and maximum versatility.
